You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. dis138 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
You must notify dis138 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. dis138 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation whenever suspicious activity is detected.
All Members are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing their first withdrawal and, in some cases, before depositing above a specified threshold. KYC is a legal requirement under internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are made exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. dis138 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal requests as part of our AML compliance procedures.
dis138 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. Refused funds will be returned to the originating account after deducting any applicable administrative costs.

Members may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered bank account within 7 business days, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements and KYC compliance.
Where an account is terminated by dis138 due to a breach of these Terms, dis138 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, as liquidated damages for the breach.
